For the last 25+ years, my life has been devoted to the area of health, healing and spirituality.
The main modality I have used is the Bowen Technique, which I have taught worldwide. During that time I have become strongly connected to my intuition and the spiritual realm and with the help of my team of guides, I have developed a vibrational healing method called Golden Light Healing. Due to this development and the evolution of energy, I have been guided to help connect us to our soul essence, for healing, to raise our consciousness and thus help heal the planet.

As I have been seeing one-on-one clients for over 25 years and my diary is so busy, I had a nudge from my guides to try something different! 🤭 I am delighted to now be offering small group healing sessions! 🤩 These sessions will be held in intimate groups of 4, for up to an hour and a half. ✨ My Golden Light guides will transmit group healing which will hold the intention of specific individual healing and areas of concern. We will be working on physical, emotional and mental pain. I set the energy up before the time so the space is prepared and vibration high as well as tune in to everyone before to connect with your energy! 🤲🏻 At times I may go into an altered state as the light beings in spirit blend with me and will assist with deeper trance healing from other realms. 😌 You will individually receive a healing flower essence transmission with a message from the elementals. Did you know emotional stress and trauma are locked in our tissues and fascia? 🔒 This can be from childhood, past events, the present or even past lives… Cellular memory is the hypothesis that memory gets encoded in our bodies and cells. 🧬 Over my years of working with clients, I have witnessed minor and major emotional releases after working on the tissues of the body, especially with the Bowen technique. 🤲🏻 This makes sense because we store stress and the memory of events in our bodies. The tissues and cells can hold an imprint of past traumatic events. Unprocessed traumatic memories can cause physical and mental imbalances in our lives. Shock and trauma can stay in the body for years to come….
